Efraín Ortuño, oil, watercolor, pencil, ink
Was born in La Paz, Bolivia, 1957.
He studied at the Corcova Art School of Buenos Aires,
Argentina (1988). He exhibits his work since 1983 in Bolivia and galleries
abroad.
The art critic Pedro Querejazu commented, "the Ortuño`s work
is very hard, with intense critical sense (…)”.
